    Living Word Weekend 2018

    On March 10 and 11, 2018, the Cuatrogatos Foundation presented its successful event Palabra Viva Weekend  for the second time. This cultural program is dedicated to promoting literature and art among children, youth and adults in Miami. It is a space to explore the interrelation of literature with other artistic expressions, such as theater, music, plastic arts, etc. This year Palabra Viva Weekend had the valuable support of the City of Coral Gables.

    Their activities were carried out in the Imago Art in Action gallery-library, with free admission. The programming was as follows:

    Saturday, March 10, 7:30 p.m .:
    Con pecados concebidos, literary-musical encounter, with the presentation of the singer Gema Corredera and the poet Carlos Pintado. For adult audience.

    Saturday, March 11: 11:00 a.m .:
    Colorín Colorado, theatrical-musical show with children's stories. With the participation of Nitsy Grau and Leopoldo Morales (Troop of Actors) and musician Pepo Herrera. For the entire family.

    The event poster featured a work by the prominent Cuban-American visual artist Carlos Estévez.
