Since 2013, every October the Fundación Cuatrogatos organizes this six day event dedicated to the promotion of reading in Spanish, within the framework of Hispanic Heritage Month and includes activities dedicated to children, youth and adults. Our purpose is to celebrate the richness of the Spanish language and encourage multicultural dialogue in the city of Miami.
The Reading Festival / Fiesta de la Lectura programming takes place in schools and cultural institutions in the city and is directed not only to the Hispanic community, but also to all those - increasingly numerous - who speak and study Spanish as Second language in Miami. All activities are free.
