    Seminar on Children's Literature 2015

    Books: Spaces for Freedom was the main theme of the II Seminar on Children's Literature and Reading, held on Friday 20 and Saturday, November 21, 2015. The program was as follows:

    Friday, November 20:
    • Literary-musical evening Between Stories and Songs. Presentation of the book Por culpa de una S, by the author, actress and singer Cristina Rebull (Cuba-United States), winner of the Norma Prize for Children's Literature 2015. With the participation of the editor and researcher Fanuel Hanán Dí­az (Venezuela ) and the cellist Ana Ruth Fernández (Cuba-United States).
    Saturday, November 21:
    • Presentation of the book Dos orillas y un océano: 25 autores iberoamericanos de poesí­a parea niños, published by CEPLI and the Cuatrogatos Foundation, with the participation of its editors Pedro C. Cerrillo (Spain) and Sergio Andricaí­n (Cuba-United States), with the author Daisy Valls (Cuba-United States) as moderator.
    • The Formation of the Reader of Poetry in the Home and the School, by Pedro C. Cerrillo.
    • Panel Books as a Space of Freedom, with Perla Suez (Argentina), Gustavo Martí­n Garzo (Spain) and Ramón Iván Suárez Caamal (Mexico), with Fanuel Hanán Dí­az (Venezuela) as moderator.
    • Panel Of Crocodiles Under the Bed and Roads of Ink in the Snow: Two Masters of Basque Children's Literature, with Mariasun Landa and Juan Kruz Igerabide (Spain), with professor Annie Plasencia (Cuba-United States) as moderator.
