Palabra Viva Weekend 2021 events to be streamed May 29 and 30, 2021, co-hosted by ArtesMiami

The Cuatrogatos Foundation announces the fifth edition of its annual event, Palabra Viva Weekend, which will be presented via streaming on Saturday the 29th and Sunday the 30th of May, 2021, at 11 a.m. (U.S. Eastern Standard Time). Palabra Viva Weekend will again count on the valuable support of ArtesMiami, the prestigious cultural organization chaired by Dr. Aida Levitan. The events will be in Spanish.

The premiere can be seen through the YouTube channel of the Cuatrogatos Foundation, and later the videos will also be available on our Facebook and Instagram pages and on our website. To enjoy the events, click here. 

As usual, one of the virtual events will be aimed at children and another will be aimed at adults. For children, on Saturday May 29th, we present Between Songs and Stories, featuring singer and songwriter Rita Rosa Ruesga and writer Sergio Andricaín. On Sunday. May 30st, the adult audience will enjoy a literary recital, De misterios y revelaciones, with the participation of the poets Lizette Espinosa and Carlos Pintado. 

The Palabra Viva Weekend 2021 poster reproduces an oil painting on canvas, Fluidity, created by the outstanding visual artist Gloria Lorenzo, whom we thank for the authorization to use her work as an image for this edition of the event. Oscar Fernández-Chuyn produced the graphic design of the promotional materials.
